The New Landlord Booklet is Here! |

The staff of the Fort Wayne Housing Authority's Housing Choice Voucher Program is pleased to announce the publication of a new updated version of our landlord booklet, Property Owner Participation Manual. An electronic copy of the new publication can be downloaded here at the FWHA website for your use. Basic information in the booklet (first 15 pages) remains essentially the same, and there are three new appendices added that should be very useful.

First Landlord Seminar a Success |

Nearly seventy property owners and managers and more than 20 FWHA staff people attended the Landlord Seminar on July 7, 2009. This was the first of a new regularly scheduled program of informational update and training seminars offered by Fort Wayne Housing Authority's Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section8).
